Load a memory bank entry from a markdown file

Arguments

• file_path - Path to the memory bank markdown file

Returns

The loaded memory bank entry with file_path populated

Errors

Returns MemoryBankError::Io if file read fails, or MemoryBankError::Parse if the markdown format is invalid
