Fields§

§max_context_tokens: usize

Maximum tokens before triggering compaction

§target_context_tokens: usize

Target tokens after compaction (should be < max)

§min_recent_messages: usize

Minimum messages to always keep (most recent)

§preserve_tool_calls: bool

Whether to preserve tool call/result pairs

§preserve_important: bool

Whether to preserve messages marked as important

§strategy: CompactionStrategy

Strategy for compaction
